FREE (thanks CCfA) & RESERVATIONS
is getting unbound with us.
On behalf of Classical Unbound, Rachel Mercer will present a theatrically themed musical talk and mini-performance for children, tweens and young teens. This will be a free event, but audience-places are limited and online reservations are required.
Rachel will be hosted by The Backyard Shakespeare Players. This activity has been made possible in part by a generous grant from The Canada Council for the Arts "Musical Instrument Bank".
Location: Hillier Creek Estates Winery,
Time: Performance-area inside Hillier Creek's main building opens at 09:45, talk/mini-concert at 10:15, until about 11:00. For those interested, winery operations open at 11:00.
Reservations: This is an informal free event with limited attendance. Online reservations, here, ARE REQUIRED for safety reasons. Adults may enjoy this event, but this is an event planned for, and around, children, tweens and teens - with adults acting as guardians also welcome (i.e., accompanying a child). Note, adult supervision of children onsite IS NOT provided.
To enable as many to attend as possible, we request that only those with the full expectation of attending make reservations -- our sincere thanks for your consideration.
Please indicate the total number of reserved spots using the "Quantity Ordered" field.
This event is organized in collaboration with the Canada Council for the Arts to celebrate classical music being 'Unbound'.
