This 5th concert of CUF's 2017 festival season is set in the Grange of Prince Edward Winery hosting-and-tasting area (pastoral-urbane). Wine tastings, and Caroline Granger (owner) will have her well-known picnic-box foods available for intermission nibbles or to satisfy pre-concert peckishness.

Location: The Grange of Prince Edward Estate Winery, 990 Closson Road, Hillier, Prince Edward County, Ontario. A restored barn wine-tasting hall, 75-80 person capacity, air-conditioned comfort, glassed vistas of laden vines.

Time: Performance-area inside the Grange's main building opens at 18:45, concert at 19:30. Wine-tasting and picnic-basket eating areas open at 18:00.

Your musicians. The 4 musicians performing comprise the Ironwood String Quartet. These musicians spend most of their musical time playing with the National Arts Centre Orchestra (NACO).
